''Ditrigona quinquelineata'' is a moth in the Drepanidae family. It was described by Leech in 1898.〔(LepIndex )〕 It is found in Japan. The wingspan is 11.5-14.5 mm for males and about 17 mm for females. The fore- and hindwings are lustrous white, the forewings have five lunulate fasciae, consisting of antemedial, medial, postmedial and two subterminal fasciae.
